Why an events calendar is useful
When there are many hikes, tours and events, it is easy to get lost in the dates and miss something interesting. The calendar solves this: the month grid shows days with trips, and clicking opens the details. No need to browse the Hikes, Tours and Events sections separately - the whole schedule is in front of you.
Calendar benefits
The main benefit is clarity and time saved. You see the date, type (hike, tour or event), difficulty level, price and the number of free spots. This helps plan an active weekend in advance, pick a trip that fits your schedule and budget, and not miss popular routes that fill up fast.
What makes it convenient
On desktop, event names are shown right inside the calendar cells - you can jump to the trip you need at once. On mobile, days are marked with colored dots: tap a day and that date’s events appear below. The filter leaves only hikes, tours or events, and each event can be added to your Google Calendar with one tap.
How to use the calendar
Pick a day or an event right in the grid. The trip page will have the route, difficulty, meeting point and time, and a sign-up button. All that is left is to fill out a short form - we will send a confirmation by email and reach out on a messenger. If there is no suitable date yet, check back later: the schedule is updated regularly.
